Master Bedroom - Perfectly arranged to unwind in style with elevated sea views capturing your attention from the second you step inside. The luxury master double bed showcases style and comfort. This bedroom offers a feature quality wardrobe for clothes storage.

Bedroom Two- Oozing charm and character with quirky homely touches, this twin room boasts mesmerising elevated coastal views, offers plenty of storage and is thoughtfully furnished

Bedroom Three- Set in the centre of all the rooms- with large single bed which is perfectly positioned to awaken to the most breath-taking views. This bedroom also offers ample storage and charming homely touches.

Bathrooms-

Situated on the mid level- Homestead Cottage offers two generous and luxurious bathroom options-

The master bathroom with inviting feature free standing bath- providing the ultimate space to kick back and unwind after an adventurous day exploring-. This room also offers a feature basin and W/C.

The separate shower room again showcases a luxury home from home ambiance with feature shower, W/C and Basin.

Kitchen/ Dining Area-

Set at the rear of the property offering a generous amount of space this luxury midnight blue kitchen area has been recently installed to continue the offering of class and quirkiness which is evident throughout Homestead Cottage.

Cooking for all the family is made so much easier with the choice of cooking options from induction hob with extractor hood to double oven to include a microwave oven and primary oven with grill. Accessing utensils and crockery is simple owing to the spacious layout of the drawers and storage areas.

The dining area offers the perfect place for the family to gather together in comfort- set alongside the kitchen area and looking towards the light patio doors- leading to the rear private garden- Perfect for Al-Fresco Dining.

The Primary Lounge Area is undoubtuably one of the feature rooms of this cottage with character inglenook fireplace and gas log burner to create warmth and true Devon Character. The comfortable seating area is perfectly arranged to enjoy this feature fireplace whilst absorbing the stunning sea views from the window beside the TV with digital channels.

Homestead Cottage offers a charming second lounge area with comfortable double sofa bed, gas log burner and again impressive sea views which can be enjoyed from the additional seating / dining area arranged at the front of this quirky room.

Homestead Cottage offers a generous amount of garden and outside area from the private enclosed courtyard garden accessed through the kitchen area to the perfectly maintained lawns at the front of the cottage- set in a superb position to absorb hours of sunlight whilst taking in the magical views.
