COVID-19 Update 11th January 2021

Woolacombe Cottages are delighted to offer a ‘Book with Confidence Guarantee’ to reassure our guests that should restrictions imposed in relation to COVID-19 affect your booking we offer a number of options to ensure you are protected. This assurance extends to offer personal protection for circumstances in relation such as the requirement to self isolate either through contracting the virus or having been picked up on ‘Track and Trace’

This is a policy offered by Woolacombe Cottages and is included as a peace of mind guarantee with every booking as we recognise personal holiday insurance excludes pandemics such as COVID-19

Any booking made either via our website , via e-mail or via phone will be offered the following options in the instance guests are unable to travel owing to the pandemic.

  • Transfer the value of the booking to a future date with no administration fees or increase in rates from the prices shown on the website.
  • Transfer the value paid to a unique voucher to be redeemed within 18 months of the start date of your holiday
  • Receive a refund of monies paid less £60.00 administration fees in relation to services received to date-

Following the government’s announcement of 4th January 2021 placing the U.K into ‘Lockdown 3.0’, Woolacombe Cottages are unable to take any bookings with an arrival date within the Lockdown Period,

Existing Bookings due to arrive within ‘Lockdown 3.0’ – Woolacombe Cottages have contacted all guests scheduled to arrive within this period- should you have any queries regarding your booking please don’t hesitate to contact us

Existing Bookings with final payments due during ‘Lockdown 3.0’- owing to the uncertainties with regards the date ‘Lockdown 3.0’ is set to be lifted, Woolacombe Cottages are pleased to offer flexibility with final payments due. Should guests prefer to defer their payment until we have confirmation of the release date, your booking will remain secure. Please note any outstanding payments would need to be within 7 days of announcement confirming the release from Lockdown.
