You are within walking distance of the South West Coastal path which takes you to the spectacular sands of Woolacombe beach in one direction and unforgettable coastal views towards Morte Point and Bull Point Lighthouse in the other. Mortehoe is an all year round delightful village that appeals to all ages. There is a small but interesting local museum with a play area outside for younger children.

Upstairs Bathroom with bath, over bath shower, feature basin, W/C and heated towel rail. Additional shower room downstairs with electric shower, W/C, basin and heated towel rail.

Kitchen & Dining:

Well equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is located in the downstairs shower room. You will find the charming dining room alongside the kitchen with quality dining furniture.

Lounge:

Charming lounge area oozing character with comfortable suite, inviting window seat, smart TV and feature brick fireplace with electric stove.

Outside/Garden:

Very attractive tranquil garden set alongside National Trust grounds. As well as the lawn, there is a large decking area with a picnic table, additional bench seating and a feature sun trap patio area with bistro table and chairs.

Parking:

Guests can unload outside the cottage subject to parking restrictions
Parking permit provided for the local car park within easy reach of the cottage. In addition this permit is transferrable to a number of other local car parks for free parking during your stay.
