Being in the centre of Woolacombe, The Beach House is ideally situated for enjoying Woolacombe's Golden Sand Beach, coastal walks, outdoor sports & thriving village.
Step Inside
The Beach House has been really thoughtfully laid out across 3 levels with its wet room downstairs so you can head straight there from coming off the beach. On the next level you will find the modern with a touch of shabby chic open plan kitchen, living and dining area with spacious balcony to admire the coastal views. Still on the 1st floor you will also find a separate TV room leading out to a large private back terrace. The bedrooms, 2 of which have sea views, are on the top level along with 2 shower rooms.
Kitchen, lounge & dining area
The modern kitchen is very well-equipped including; washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle & toaster. The open plan living space is great for being able to prepare food while still being part of the group. The seating area leads out to the balcony with sea views through the French doors & you can enjoy your meal at the wooden bench style table and chairs.
There is a second lounge area to the rear of the property which contains a smart TV, from this room you can access the large terrace.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with sea views contains a king size bed which can also be split into 2 single beds if needed.
The second bedroom with sea views contains a bunk bed plus a single bed.
The third bedroom contains 3 single beds.
Bathrooms
On the ground floor there is a wet room with 3 showers & space to leave your beach items including wetsuits & boards.
On the 1st floor there is 1 bathroom with shower, W/C & basin
On the 2nd floor there are a further 2 bathrooms with shower, W/C & basin.
Outside
Balcony to the front of the property with stunning sea views plus a large terrace to the rear of the property with comfortable seating for 8 guests.
