From the minute you open the door the warmth and light captured through the floor to ceiling patio captures your attention. The elegance of the feature room, the open plan living / dining area is mirrored in every room through quirky finishing touches.

The arrangement of this area, encourages the whole family to stay together whether preparing food in the spacious well-arranged kitchen area, or from the comfort of the quality fabric sofa creating the ideal position to watch the children playing in the extensive safe enclosed garden before all dining together, with the choice of the large dining table or stepping out through the patio doors and dining Al-Fresco on the patio table and chairs whilst absorbing the rural views.  

Bedrooms

Thoughtfully dispersed on both the ground floor and upstairs. The Master bedroom upstairs offers plenty of space, with a comfortable king size bed and extensive storage area- situated alongside the family bathroom. 

The second bedroom is downstairs, accessed through the lounge area with plenty of light, a double bed and wardrobe storage. The en-suite shower room offers a powerful shower, basin, W/C and a towel rail. 

Bedroom Three is also downstairs, this can be accessed through the lounge, within this room there are two single beds, storage and an en-suite shower room with modern shower, W/C, basin and towel rails. 

Bedroom four - This bedroom is also downstairs & contains a zip & link bed to be set up as a king or twin room and en-suite shower room with W/C basin & towel rail. 

Bathrooms

Modern stylish bathroom upstairs with bath, powerful over-shower, W/C, basin and towel rails. This property also offers three en-suite shower rooms, each offering modern toilets, basins and towel rails. 

Kitchen & Dining

Luxury Open Plan kitchen and dining area with modern well equipped kitchen including range cooker, and hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and feature sink. 'Summerhouse' offers a light and airy dining area, capturing the light from the floor to ceiling patio glass.  

Lounge

Modern stylish lounge area set in the open plan 'Living Area' alongside the kitchen and dining space. Benefiting from the stylish design with feature large floor to ceiling windows with double patio doors which open onto the sunny South facing patio and fully enclosed garden. The lounge is finished in Oak with a warm Mediterranean feel, provided by the terracotta accessories and safe lighting. There is a ceiling fan 

Outside/Garden:

Spacious sunny South facing patio and enclosed garden area, ideal for outside dining. Summerhouse offers a hot tub*, garden table with seating and some further comfortable outside chairs. Perfect for relaxing in your own private space

There is a travel cot & high chair in Summerhouse for you to use during your stay at no extra charge. If you need additional items they can be hired at the checkout when booking online.
