Any booking made either via our website www.woolacombe-cottages.co.uk , via e-mail or via phone will be offered the following options in the instance guests are unable to travel owing to imposed restrictions in relation to the pandemic:
- Transfer the value of the booking to a future date with no administration fees or increase in rates from the prices shown on the website.
- Transfer the value paid to a unique voucher to be redeemed within 18 months of the start date of your holiday
- Receive a refund of monies paid less £60.00 administration fees in relation to services received to date
Woolacombe Cottages ask guests to ensure they have personal insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances – personal cover is now available through a variety or insurers to include cancellation owing to COVID.
Should guests re required to cancel owing to a positive result or the requirement to self isolate, Woolacombe Cottages will re-advertise your holiday and refund any monies received should the holiday rebook less £60 administration fees.
Woolacombe Cottages will assist in claiming any refund under personal cover for any bookings requiring to cancel by providing the requested information to your holiday insurance provider.
