Bedrooms: Four bedrooms arranged over three levels. Bedroom one is located on the top floor, it has twin beds, ample storage and an adjacent family bathroom. Bedroom two consists of a king size bed and ample storage. It leads to a further bathroom which has sea views. Bedroom three has twin beds, a sink and ample storage. Bedroom four has twin beds and views of Capstone Hill.


The first bathroom is located on the top floor with bath, over-shower and W/C. The second bathroom is located on the second level with bath over shower and W/C. An additional W/C can be found between the entrance and first floor.

Kitchen & Dining

Well equipped tiled kitchen area with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The dining area has patio doors, TV and DVD player, armchairs and a large extendable table and chairs.


Inviting lounge area with three settees (two sofa beds), widescreen TV and DVD player and views of Capstone Hill.


Smugglers Cottage offers a small rear courtyard area- accessed via patio doors.


A permit will be provided for the Car Park close by – guests able to un-load outside the property.
